April, 2019 Two Warrigal Greens and two Beaded Samphire seedlings transferred to vertical garden. December, 2018 Warrigal Greens and Beaded Samphire tasted. Warrigal Greens very palatable stir-fried or steamed with lemon juice. Beaded Samphire marginal. October, 2017 Warrigal Greens sprouted. All halophytes moved to conventional container garden. 28th of February, 2017 Beaded Samphire seedling pots transferred to salt-water glasshouse, standing in 10mm of brine. 19th of February, 2017 Three Beaded Samphire seedlings observed. No other species have germinated. Further plantings required. 1st of December, 2016 Germination apparently unsuccessful. Poor seed quality suspected. More seeds sourced. 1st of November, 2016 Seeds sourced from eBay and planted in 100mm pots containing 1:1 mix of sand and compost. 29th of September, 2016 Approved by the Planning Subcommittee!
