Background: Fat Bandicoot is investigating the potential for a purchase of agricultural land. Such a property is unlikely to come with established buildings and other infrastructure, and it would be good to have a transportable building ready to go.

Summary of proposed changes: Purchase of a shipping container, and refurbishment to suit Association needs.
